PARKE COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – A man who worked as a substitute teacher in Parke County who was arrested for battery and intimidated charges took a plea agreement.
Louis Gudino, 72, was arrested in April of 2016 after police reported he placed his hands on a student’s neck. Police report he also wrapped a cord around the necks of two other students and threatened students.
On April 11 of 2016 a not guilty plea was entered and a no contact order was issued.
On Feb. 16 of 2017 a plea agreement was entered for two counts of battery on a person less than 14 years-old against Gudino in Parke County Court.
He was sentenced to 365 days, with three of those days served. Then the remaining time was suspended to informal probation.
