TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – If you drive down Wabash Avenue in Terre Haute, you’ve more than likely passed right by it.
It’s been a staple in downtown for many years.
The Saratoga has a long history of family and good food. But, what you may not know Is that they’re also famous for their prime rib!
“Well, my uncle and my dad started The Saratoga in 1942.”
74 years later, Cathy and George Azar – along with daughter Alexis – continue the tradition at 5th and Wabash in downtown Terre Haute.
The Saratoga is famous for a wide range of menu items but the Fork in the Road Crew were there for the prime rib.
And if the prime rib wasn’t enough to win you over, the homemade desserts will.
For more information on The Saratoga, such as the menu and hours, check out their website! And remember, you can get the prime rib sandwich any day The Saratoga is open for lunch.
The prime rib dinner is special, though and is only available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
